WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP

Most packages leave our store or affiliate in 2-4 business days. Exceptions include items that require assembeling, are out of stock, and items that are personalized, like custom built computer, which allow us for 5 business days for shippment. Order placed on Saturday and sundays, or hilydays will be shipped 2-4 after first business day.

 

CAN I PICKUP THE MERCHANDISE FROM RETAIL STORES?

Yes, you may pickup the merchandise same day, please make sure to bring your government ID and approval letter. Our pickup locations are as follow:

SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY:

For your protection, orders of $100 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file, and cannot be shipped to an address other than the billing address associated with your method of payment.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us containing your shipping confirmation as well as any other shipping exceptions . You may contact us via phone, email for tracking information, however for your complete portection  our insurance policy does not allow for us to transmit the tracking number as the item can be rerouted to an unauthorized adress.

 

ALL ORDERS ARE FULLY INSURED WHILE IN TRANSIT

For security and insurance purposes, ALL shipments require a signature upon delivery regardless of any signed waivers you may have with any of our carriers. Radin Electronics encourages all customers to inspect their package(s) for damage or tampering prior to receiving and signing their acceptance, because of the nature of the items being shipped, we will only ship to the billing address of the credit card used to place the order. Alternatively, we do offer a Hold At FedEx Location service, Items can also be picked up in one of our stores.
